Peer mentoring

Peer mentoring is an increasingly popular personal and professional development technique.  The mentor is what we call your ‘critical friend’ – someone to discuss ideas with and help with goal setting and direction.

As an experienced social entrepreneur, your mentor will also be able to support, encourage and inspire you in developing your enterprise. You can use mentoring to tackle a particular challenge or area of social enterprise, or as a way of continuing your personal and professional development.

Meetings can be held as often as you want. The mentoring process can also include the organisation’s board, enabling them to look at issues such as organisational structure, governance and business development.
